Job Summary Registered Nurses (RN) with our Medical Group have a Monday through Friday day shift schedule; NO nights, NO weekends, NO holidays! Registered Nurses (RN) can focus in Primary Care Services or Specialty Care Services. MVHS Specialty Care Services include: Advanced Endo, Wound Care, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Hermatology/Oncology, Infectious Disease, Pulmonary, Sleep Lap, Urology, Vascular Surgery, and Neuro Endovascular Surgery. Opportunities include full-time, part-time and per-diem positions. The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing care to patients, families, and caregivers in the Medical Group. The Registered Nurse (RN) promotes, assists, and advocated for the health of the patient, their families, and caregivers by completing the nursing process: collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, providing support to patients, visitors and families. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, promoting, and evaluating quality patient care, as well as providing teaching to patients, families, and the public. Education/Experience Requirements Required:

• Graduate of an accredited associates degree. Preferred:
  • Bachelor of Science or higher in Nursing from an accredited nursing program. Licensure/Certification Requirements Required:
    • Current New York State Licensure as a Registered Nurse. Preferred:
      • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification - must receive BLS certification within six (6) weeks of hire date.
