Job Description:

Prolink's Direct Hire team is partnered with Oswego Hospital's internal HR team to help fill their permanent staff RN positions.

Shifts: 36 hours weekly
Evenings 1p-1a
Nights: 7p-7:30a

Responsibilities:
Identify medical issues, determine severity, and provide immediate support to minimize negative long-term effects, and if necessary, sustain life.
Perform and document ongoing assessments including observation, physical examination, laboratory/test results, and patient response to procedural intervention.
Participate in the identification and clarification of patient needs, as evidenced by participation in multidisciplinary care planning, to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Implement, review and revise plan of care according to change in patient's status.
Implements plan of care according to identified physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs/
Prioritizes nursing interventions commensurate with patient's needs.
Coordinates and documents appropriate discharge planning and referrals to ensure continuity of care after discharge.

Must haves:
-NY RN License
-BLS, ACLS and PALS
-1 year of med/surg required
-ASN
