Job Description:
Cayuga Health System is looking for an additional Midwife to
join their thriving team. The group is a major provider of OB/GYN
services in the Ithaca community. The team consists of Nurse
Practitioner, Midwives and Physicians. They provide general
Obstetric and Gynecologic care including low and high risk
pregnancies, infertility, cancer screening, menopause counseling,
contraception and mother other women's health care. -
Cayuga Medical Center offers a Level II nursery and approximately
850 deliveries a year. One Neonatologist is on staff and
anesthesiologists currently perform epidurals on OB patients. The
Radiology Department provides all mediums of diagnostic imaging,
including PET scans, CAT scans, Dexa scans, ultrasound, nuclear
imaging, MRI and mammography.
