Provide comprehensive nephrology services to an appreciative community
Nephrology admissions are provided by a Hospitalist service, with consult to nephrology
Hemo/dialysis unit is adjacent to the office and includes 24 stations
Office equipped with web-based electronic medical record and computer equipment for remote access
Radiology Services on site
Catchment population: 250,000
Large network of providers offering a strong referral base
Teaching opportunities are extended with accredited ACGME/AOA family medicine and internal medicine residency training programs
Board Certification with the American Board of Internal Medicine with subspecialty certification in Nephrology & NY Medical License required
