Join a collegial team of Surgeons in upstate New York that is seeking to welcome a new provider to their group, providing the highest quality of care available to a growing patient population. Get the support you need from an experienced surgical team!Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 8A-4P, outpatient
• Work week is generally 3 days in office and 2 days in OR/Endo suite with on-call responsibilities
• Physicians see an average of 15 - 28 patients per day in office with support
• 10 - 15 scopes per day or 4-6 operative cases, available for inpatient and emergency consultations when on call
• Call coverage is 7 days of hospital call per month that includes 5 weekdays and 2 weekend days paid at $1,000/night. The typical call is resolved with a phone call and prepped for the next dayPractice Setting:
  • Currently 3 MDs full time and 1 part time MD
  • 1 APP in clinic and 2 APPs IN OR
  • Bread and Butter General Surgery including gallbladder, colon, hernias, hemorrhoid and breast surgery
  • No vascular or thoracic other than chest tube management
  • EMR - MeditechCompensation:
    • Annual guaranteed base salary of $425K+ dependent on experience PLUS production model incentives
    • $25K Quality and Citizenship annual bonus
