Job Description:
Excellent lucrative, hospital-employed Primary Care opportunity
near Syracuse, New York. If you are looking for a high quality

a busy, upstate New York Family Practice opportunity with
tremendous upside potential. Hospital Employee, Outpatient only. 4
day work week. $260-270K Annual Salary. Collections-based and
Quality Bonus production incentives. CME up to 1 week and $4,000
available. Up to 5 weeks of PTO available. 403B with employer match
up to 3%. Sign-On/Relocation -25k. Call is 1in 13 with their
Primary Care Providers in the Medical Practice Network. Paid
Occurence Malpractice plus reimbursement of licensing fees and
dues. 6 Paid Holidays. Medical, Pharmacy, Dental, Life. Visa
Sponsorship available.
