Job Description:
Our client in the construction supply space is looking for a
motivated and customer-focused Account Manager/Outside Sales Rep
based out of the Rochester, NY facility. You'll represent one of
the largest one stop sources for commercial building products
(-100k products) including acoustical ceiling systems,
architectural doors & hardware, drywall & steel framing,
insulation, and exterior systems. Our client values their

strong relationships & become a trusted partner with general
contractors, subcontractors, designers, and developers. Proactively
identify new business opportunities within the commercial
construction space while leveraging a well-known brand offering a
vast line of products/solutions, market insights and competitor
analysis. Competitive comp: $50k - $55k base + uncapped commissions
($100k annual on track earnings) + $800/month in car allowances +
gas covered - 2-3 days in office. Full benefits: health, dental,

holidays and much more. Essential Duties & Responsibilities The
successful candidate will be instrumental in creating new business
opportunities, managing and maintaining accounts, and quoting
projects. Engage in direct business-to-business (B2B) sales and
contractor sales. Conduct cold calling and other business
development activities to expand client base. Maintain a high level
of sales activity to ensure continuous growth in the business.
Create a sales plan and target customers accordingly. Drive
profitable growth and achieve sales and margin budgets. Develop and
maintain relationships with customer base and vendors. Partner with
branch operations to deliver outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications Previous Outside Sales Experience is preferred - B2B
sales. College degree (Business, Sales, or other related field) or
equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with
building products / materials preferred but willing to train the
right person. Great personality, hardworking, and driven by sales
goals. Proven experience in business development and strong sales
skills. Must have valid driver's license, own reliable
transportation, be able to pass MVR check. Positive attitude,
organized, professional, reliable, and superior time-management and
comm skills. Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
Annual Bonus/Commission: No
