Our Full stack Global Delivery Organization is responsible for managing and leading Verticalized Cloud, Data, and Digital solutions addressing Business Modernization, Enterprise Enablement and Shared Services that are encompassing of Core Development, Continuous Testing, CX, Transformation, DevOps, Cloud and Data capabilities.IT Delivery Director (GDD) The GDD must collaborate and exercise influence both within TGS and the customer organization maintaining industry/functional expertise and knowledge of key industry issues and trends impacting the Full Stack Services marketplace (e.g., Cloud migration, Cloud modernization, Core Development, Data Analytics and Quality Assurance). Foundationally, drive the most impactful customer experiences through value framework and value realization. Should have expertise supporting top global Financial brands such as Citibank, Bank of America, JP Morgan, Fidelity, etc. Must have interest in technology and proactively seek to innovate how we deliver for the customer. GDDs support presales and actively create business opportunities through strong delivery and customer obsession. GDDs provide direct oversight and quality controls for a group of projects being solutioned and delivered simultaneously with the vertical, geographically or across practice area/areas. A successful GDD operates seamlessly in a matrixed organization where the customer and the success of that customer is at the forefront. Fundamental delivery excellence and leadership, both internally and to our customers to enable real, quantified, and monetized value, is the most important success criteria. Leading the associated GDMs, CSLs and Delivery teams is at the core of this role and entails balancing HR responsibilities, functional responsibilities and bringing a thoughtful and anticipatory eye to managing risk, optimizing, and accelerating performance of the teams while removing barriers both internally and externally. Executive level relationship building, communication and strategic thinking are required to strengthening our position with customers helping to solve business problems. Collaboration with Sales Leaders and Teams, Practice Directors, Transformation Leaders and InfoSec, TGS Finance, etc. to achieve excellent and expansive results. GDDs drive organic full-stack growth within their portfolio and act as a thought leader driving tangible customer value through the value framework that directly translates to high customer retention, maturation, and expansion. The GDD manages a team typically consisting of 1 - 3 Global Delivery Managers (GDMs) with 15-20 Customer Success Leaders (CSLs). The GDD is measured by customer satisfaction, revenue, utilization and Gross Profit (GP) goal attainment for all engagements in the portfolio.Key Success Measures Customer-specific delivery programs are implemented for each customer in the verticals strategic account program and continuous improvement is implemented to enhance the customer experience A customer-centric and outcome-focused culture is facilitated by the delivery teams. Value Frameworks arent just used as an item on an engagement checklist; they are part of how delivery operates Communication in account teams (sales, solutioning, delivery, and practices/pillars) are aligned and on an appropriate cadence. Responsible for developing Key Performance Indicators/Metrics that will drive value to the client and help grow TEKsystems business.Resource Management Responsible for effective personnel management, development, and mentorship of delivery team Responsible for interview process for new project/program/engagement management resources. Mentor, manage and develop project team members. Ensure Human Resources policies and procedures are communicated and executed according to internal and HR policies. Conduct midyear, annual reviews and provide continuous feedback throughout the year on employee performance. Effectively manage resources to ensure that operational costs are in line with revenue and profitability while planning for upcoming projects/engagements.Engagement Delivery and Governance Accountable for the Stakeholder, Risk and Value Management activities across the team and respective customer portfolio Manage expectations for start dates, schedule, and ramp up time frames. Ensure knowledge transfer from sales and solution team to delivery team. Ensure project team requirements are communicated and team is established. Work closely with Project Management Office/Service Management Office and Global Practice Managers to assign delivery team members. Ensures and participates in kick off and Project Management Life Cycle compliance throughout Accountable for compliance of TEKsystems Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC). Ensure the quality and consistency of team produced project related documentation including but not limited to processes, procedures, and deliverables. Ensure delivery meets Statement of Work (SOW) and contract scope & budget specifications Responsible for Quality Assurance of all contractual documents (e.g., SOW, Change Control, LOU). Inclusive of signing Statement of Work, PCR and acts on behalf of the organization. Coordinate and participate in Internal and External Stakeholder Conduct engagement level metrics, quality, progress meetings and executive communication. Direct and steer advisory meetings for key client engagements. Responsible for financial, quality and satisfaction results in the assigned region/vertical/practice. Understand and provide mentorship for managing project budgets, revenue and GP targets. Monitor budget, schedule, profitability and CSAT Establish customer executive and stakeholder relationships. Participate in QBR/EBR prep/meetings Serve as an escalation point for issues and resolution at the executive levels for client. Facilitate change control process and communication including sign off. Anticipate and Report corrective and preventative actions via the continuous improvement tracking system; CAPA Accountable for leading teams throughout Value framework, case studies and project lessons learned documents. Verify all project documents have been signed by the customer, approved, stored in project repository and secured. Ensure at end of the project all client data and documents have been erased from TEKsystems environment (based on client requirements).Quality Assurance, InfoSec Management and Project Requirements Monitor compliance of Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) while ensuring contractual requirements are addressed and met. Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) metrics reporting requirements are understood and followed IT Facilities Requirements. Ensure all security requirements, physical space and Data/IT/Software/Networking and associate tools and environment requirements are understood, implemented, and met. Ensure Training Requirements, industry regulations, client specific requirements are met.Business Support and Development Proactively develop and maintain relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders. Maintain an awareness of customer satisfaction through communication with customer and team. Assist with mining additional opportunities based on intelligence gathered from the project team. Support in delivering formal and informal customer satisfaction survey (who & when). Maintain a big picture awareness of other TEKsystems projects and potential best practices that may be applied or shared to bring forward our full stack solutionsPosition Requirements College degree in a software development or related field Masters degree is a plus Finance, Banking or Insurance Industry Expertise and Experience Desired certifications: SAFe, PMP, Agile, Cloud Technical skills: Expertise delivering full stack development. Microservices architecture concepts DevOps stack.
