Job Purpose Provide business end-user application support (ArcGIS Online) & assist with asset reporting tasks in support of the Massachusetts & New York electric businesses. Other tasks may include mapping, spatial analysis, and process documentation. Key Accountabilities

• Administer & provide end-user support for our electrical ArcGIS Online suite (IMAP).
• Collaborate with stakeholders on asset data reporting needs.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of a reference library for job aids and documentation for GIS-related workflows. Supervisory/Interpersonal- Experience Required
  • Proven experience working with diverse teams & individuals.
  • Demonstrated customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) including proven ability to effectively communicate with peers & both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications
    • Bachelor s Degree in Geography, Information Sciences or Technology is preferred. Related field or equivalent work experience will be considered.
    • Ability to travel throughout the National Grid service territory as needed (less than 20%)
    • Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving history.
    • Demonstrated analytical skills, problem solving, and decision-making capabilities.
    • Experience working with GIS tools & systems - ESRI ArcMap/ArcGIS Pro/ArcGIS Online is required. Smallworld GIS & Safe FME are a plus.
    • Experience working with ArcGIS Mobile Solutions is highly desirable.
      • - ESRI Collector, ESRI Survey 123, ESRI Field Maps
      • Experience working with Python and/or SQL is high desirable.
      • Experience working with Microsoft PowerBI is high desirable.
      • Experience working with utility asset information highly desirable.
      • Proficient with computer applications including relational databases, spreadsheets, and other general applications.
