Job Summary:
This position is responsible for assisting our branches with the hiring of new financial professionals joining the firm and providing system access. Ideal candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and should feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This position will provide additional support functions to the Digital Transformation Team.

Job Description:
--- Oversee the onboarding and system access of all new financial professionals joining Equitable Advisors through the Preliminary Employment Program.
--- Work with our Branch Management Team and Branch Licensing Coordinators to identify the individuals and the potential start date.
--- Assist in refining the new hire onboarding process.
--- Oversee the new hire IMAC process to ensure all system access is provided in the appropriate timeframe.
--- Communicate the status of new hire system access to the Branch Management Team.
--- Verify the new hire has system access, email access and is able to enroll their mobile device.
--- Maintain tracking system with all new hires.
--- Oversee the day to day processing of eSignature requests through DocuSign.
--- Handle all system access and Service Now tickets related to DocuSign.
--- Monitor all DocuSign failed requests and manually send the document to the appropriate Equitable Service Center.
--- Provide DocuSign one on one training with the end users.
--- Other duties and responsibilities may be required and/or assigned as necessary.

Skills required to ensure your success include:

Knowledge of Product Line: Knowledge of methodologies, tools and techniques for specific products; ability to develop product line processes and strategies.

Planning and Organizing: Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way.

Relationship Building: Knowledge of the importance of creating positive relationships within the team and ability to develop trusting relationships by valuing others' concerns and contributions.

Other Qualifications:
--- 3 - 5 years related experience
--- NASD Series 6 or 7 Preferred (not required)
--- College Degree Preferred
--- Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel
--- Positive attitude
--- Ability to quickly learn industry details and software
