Responsibilities Review and interpret surveys and engineering
reports (geotechnical, environmental, wetlands, traffic, etc.) for
use in site design. AutoCAD usage to prepare concept site plans and
site plan sets (erosion control, demolition, site layout, grading,
storm drainage, utilities, landscaping, lighting, and details).
Stormwater design and permitting in multiple states. Zoning code
reviews. Municipal and agency permitting and attendance at
meetings. Coordination with utility companies and review of design.
Some travel for meetings, site observations, etc. Skills, Knowledge
and Expertise Minimum Qualifications BS or pre-professional degree
in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology from an
ABET-accredited school. Experience with technical software,
including AutoCAD Civil 3D. Preferred Qualifications EIT with the
intention of becoming a PE. 1 year of experience with site design.
Experience with technical software, including AutoCAD Civil 3D,
truck-turning, Hydrology, etc. Experience with MS Word, Excel,
Teams, Outlook, OneNote, Google Earth, etc. Benefits A Great Place
