Job Description Lockheed Martin’s Demonstrations and Prototypes
(D&P) team, within the Technology and Strategic Innovation
(T&SI) organization, manages a portfolio of diverse projects
that are focused on maturing and demonstrating high TRL
technologies to enable growth and targeted business outcomes. We
drive collaboration and technology alignment across all LM Business
Areas to deliver integrated capabilities to our customers. We are
seeking a highly motivated Program Manager that will be responsible
for the following: • Work with project PMs to support project
planning and execution • Support the management of baseline budget,
schedule, and scope for projects within the portfolio • Report
portfolio performance at all leadership levels • Support planning
and execution across cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule,
and technical requirements • Collaborate with finance on
forecasting and performance reporting • Work with project PMs to
manage/mitigate risk and opportunities • Monitor portfolio
performance • Act as technical lead on IWTAs In this role, you will
immediately impact the business with your ingenuity, creativity,
and ideas supporting the D&P program office's program
performance management process. Must be located near a major LM
facility, and work on-site at least one day per week, as required
for classified operations. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree
from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined
education - Program or Project management experience (e.g.
cost/budgeting, schedule, risk evaluation/mitigation) - Experience
in financial management, metrics and process management - Systems
Engineering, Product Development, or Project Engineering experience
- Demonstrated team building and interpersonal skills, capable of
relationship building cross-BA teams Desired skills - Cost Account
Management, Risk Manager, EVMS and Schedule Risk Assessment
experience. - Experience in growing programs through introduction
of new product and services - Engineering/Technical Background -
Excellent relationship building and team leadership skills -
Excellent communication skills - Finance, Project Engineering,
previous Program Management background preferred - New Business

Ability to work remotely Part-time Remote Telework: The employee
selected for this position will work part of their work schedule
remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed
during the hiring process. Work Schedule Information Lockheed
Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide
additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from
standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be
condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with
additional time away from the office and are in addition to our
Paid Time off benefits. Security Clearance Information This
position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US
Citizen for consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range
for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York
(excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii,
Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or
Washington DC is $113,900 - $200,905. For states not referenced
above, the salary range for this position will reflect the
candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers
factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of
the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key
skills as well as market and business considerations when extending
an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life

Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state
applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at
least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for

for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of
Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually;
receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave,
and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the
calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major
metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is
$131,000 - $227,125. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
