Job Description:
Constellation, a nationally renowned energy company, seeks a
highly skilled Programs Engineer, Mechanical to join our
engineering department. This role focuses on designing, developing,
and managing mechanical systems that enhance energy efficiency and
innovation across various markets. A successful candidate will
bring in-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and a
passion for sustainability in energy management. Develop and
oversee mechanical projects from conception to completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of
mechanical systems with electrical and control systems. Assess and
optimize the energy efficiency of mechanical components and
systems. Prepare technical documentation, including design
specifications and maintenance standards. Ensure compliance with
industry standards and environmental regulations. Manage project
budgets and timelines, ensuring all projects are delivered on
schedule and within scope. Conduct field inspections and system
diagnostics to troubleshoot issues and improve system
functionalities. Proficiency in CAD and AutoCAD. Strong
understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and other
mechanical engineering disciplines. Experience with project
management software and methodologies. Knowledge in the usage of
energy management systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving,
and organizational skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k PE (Professional Engineer)
license preferred. Certification in Energy Management or similar is
a plus.
