As a Flat Rate Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles or equipment efficiently and effectively while meeting the standards set for flat rate compensation. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality work in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair vehicles or equipment based on customer complaints and service needs. Complete repair orders and maintain accurate records of work performed. Work efficiently to meet flat rate times and achieve maximum productivity. Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including inspections, adjustments, and part replacements. Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding their vehicles/equipment status. Stay updated with the latest industry techniques, tools, and technologies to perform repairs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Requirements: Qualifications: Proven experience as a Flat Rate Technician or in a similar technical role. Certification(s) such as ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) is preferred. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Compensation: Competitive flat-rate pay based on the services performed.
