Job Description Job Description Bemana is seeking an HVAC Telecom Technician to support a rapidly expanding critical infrastructure services company in Syracuse, NY. In this field-based role, you will diagnose and repair HVAC systems at cell tower sites. This is a hands-on, independent position ideal for experienced HVAC technicians with strong troubleshooting and repair skills who thrive in the field. Position Offers Up to $40/hour . Company vehicle, IT equipment, and other necessities provided Significant overtime opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Substantial long-term growth potential at highly-respected company What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair HVAC systems at telecom/cell tower sites Work primarily on 5–10 ton packaged HVAC units Perform preventive maintenance (PMs), emergency repairs, and component change-outs Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation Apply strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills in the field Operate independently while traveling within your service radius Requirements 3 years of hands-on HVAC service and repair experience EPA Universal Certification required Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair capabilities Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams Mechanical aptitude with electrical troubleshooting experience (preferred) Reliable, self-sufficient, and comfortable working independently in the field Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule Application Process If your experience matches the description above, submit your resume, and one of our recruiters will be in touch to tell you more about the position and learn more about your experience and aspirations.
