($21/hr - 6:00am to 2:30pm - Monday to Friday) Job Description As a
Sandblast Operator, you will operate specialized machinery to fire
high-powered jets of sand at metal assemblies within a sandblast
room. Your role will involve removing paint, grime, adhesives,
rust, or other surface imperfections from large metal structures to
prepare them for paint finishing. This is a physically demanding
position that requires stamina and upper body strength. Your
primary responsibility will be ensuring safety while handling parts
and operating equipment to prevent any possible damage to others as
well as production. You will also perform minor equipment
maintenance as needed. Responsibilities Operate machinery to
sandblast metal assemblies. Remove paint, grime, adhesives, rust,
or imperfections from metal surfaces. Ensure safety protocols are
followed during handling and operating equipment. Perform minor
maintenance on sandblasting equipment. Prep and mask metal parts
and frames. Be flexible with tasks and cross-train in assembly,
paint, and other finishing departments. Essential Skills General
labor experience. Proficiency in sandblasting and using power
tools. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Skill in prepping and masking metal parts. Capable of working in a
fast-paced environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications High
school diploma or GED. 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
Positive attitude and flexible with schedule. Ability to follow
instructions and work around chemicals and sand products. Must be
capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Job Title: Machine Operator -
($19-$20/hr - 10:00pm to 6:30pm - Sunday to Thursday) Job
Description We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to run
machine 1 in the Raymond cell. This role requires experience with
CNC machines, including manipulating offsets and using calipers for
precise measurement of machined parts. Responsibilities Operate and
manage machine 1 in the Raymond cell efficiently. Manipulate CNC
machine offsets for accurate production. Utilize calipers for
measuring machined parts. Interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings,
manuals, or other specifications to determine dimensions and
tolerances of workpieces. Set up machinery and determine sequence
of operations. Collaborate with team members to ensure production
quality and efficiency. Essential Skills 1 years of experience in
CNC machine operation. 1 years of experience in manufacturing or
production. Proficiency with calipers for measuring parts. Ability
to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and drawings.
Additional Skills & Qualifications At least 1-3 years of machining
experience. Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge. Strong
analytical and troubleshooting skills. Team player with strong

Work Environment This position is set in a manufacturing
environment with exposure to sand/dust, heavy equipment, machinery,
and related noise levels. You will be frequently required to walk,
stand, bend, squat, and move continuously throughout your shift.
The role requires the ability to lift 0-50 lbs. using proper
ergonomic positions. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire
position based out of Binghamton, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay
range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility
