Job Description:
Constellation, a leading energy company, seeks a dedicated
Maintenance Planner to join our Engineering & Maintenance team.
This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal functioning of our
facilities and services that provide power, natural gas, and
renewable energy solutions across the United States. The
Maintenance Planner will be responsible for developing, scheduling,
and overseeing maintenance strategies to improve facility uptime
and reliability. This position requires a professional who can
blend strategic planning with hands-on operational insights.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies and schedules in
compliance with company policies and safety standards. Coordinate
with engineering and maintenance teams to forecast and plan
facility maintenance activities. Analyze system performance data
and predict future maintenance needs to prevent unexpected
equipment failures. Prepare detailed work packs for maintenance
activities, including necessary resources, materials, and
timelines. Oversee the inventory management of tools, parts, and
supplies required for maintenance activities. Facilitate
maintenance review meetings and provide detailed progress reports
to management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with state and
federal regulations regarding facility operations and maintenance
practices. Strong proficiency in maintenance planning software
(such as SAP PM or Maximo). Excellent analytical skills to predict
maintenance needs and schedule interventions. Solid understanding
of the technical aspects of power generation, distribution, and
renewable energy systems. Effective communication and coordination
skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
