Constellation, a leader in the energy sector, is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Maintenance Scheduler responsible for developing and managing the comprehensive maintenance schedules across our diverse portfolio, including power generation, natural gas, and renewable energy assets. This critical role ensures optimal asset performance and compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements, maximizing system reliability and efficiency. Develop detailed maintenance schedules, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely execution. Analyze and optimize workflows to enhance the efficiency of maintenance operations. Collaborate with asset managers and engineers to identify priorities and resource requirements. Monitor maintenance progress against schedules and budgets, adjusting plans as necessary. Ensure maintenance activities comply with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards. Strong proficiency in maintenance planning software, such as Maximo or SAP PM. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
