In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and implementation of novel RF systems and architectures that meet the stringent demands of military applications, reinforcing Saabs legacy as a pioneer in global defense solutions. Your expertise will drive our mission to ensure operational excellence and technology leadership in an ever-evolving geopolitical landscape. Design, develop, and validate RF systems and components including antennas, transceivers, amplifiers, and other associated electronics. Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of complex projects, ensuring integration with broader systems. Conduct rigorous simulation and testing protocols while adhering to industry-specific regulatory and compliance standards. Collaborate with system architects and other stakeholders to define and refine system specifications and technical requirements. Drive innovation by staying abreast of technological advancements in RF engineering and integrating cutting-edge solutions into new and existing product lines. Mentor junior engineers, promoting a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. Expertise in RF design software (ADS, HFSS, CST Microwave Studio, etc.). Strong knowledge of EMC standards and RF testing methodologies. Proficiency in project management and leadership of interdisciplinary teams. Ability to effectively communicate complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. Certification in Project Management (PMP) is advantageous.
