Job Description:

hiring a hands-on Coating Technician III to support the development
of coating processes, documentation, and inspection standards.

8hr Days (Mon–Fri) Primary Tasks: Coats full range of products,
including prototypes and engineering designs. Supports development
of coating processes, documentation, and inspection standards.
Trains and mentors coating technicians and apprentices. Ensures
cleanliness, organization, and accurate documentation in the work
area. Communicates proactively with teams to ensure product quality
and delivery. Secondary Tasks: Assists other departments and
completes assigned tasks professionally and promptly. Participates
in quality events, continuous improvement, and safety initiatives.
Mentors peers and supports training and development across
departments. Recommends improvements to enhance product quality,
service, or value. Reports safety incidents and security breaches
to management. Position Requirements: Education : High School
Diploma; Associate Degree in Technology preferred. Experience :
Minimum 5 years in optical coating; 10 years with infrared coatings
preferred. Skills : Strong math, inspection, verbal/written
communication, and adaptability. Proficient in identifying and
resolving process/material issues using data analysis. Creative in
developing new processes and improving product applications. Apply
