  • Help develop and own the Wet Etch and plating process design and related manufacturing processes in coordination with process development partners. You will ensure the process has high process capability and designed for High Volume Semiconductor manufacturing. The Day-to-Day
    • Own and sustain the wet etch and plating process area or a part thereof along with other department engineers and technicians. Respond to any process deviations in a timely and systematic manner. Document findings and present them succinctly to a wide-ranging audience.
    • Perform process and capability studies to ensure that key parameters are identified, monitored, and controlled.
    • Own efforts to make the process Best in Class for performance and yield. Suggest and drive potential process/chemistries and equipment changes/upgrades to improve process performance.
    • Ensure work instructions and Out of Control Action Plans are up to date and area personnel are trained and certified to safely operate the tools.
    • This role requires working one weekend day (Either Su-Th OR Tu-Sa) This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):
      • BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Equivalent
      • 5-10 years hands-on experience with semiconductor wet process engineering/development.
      • High attention to detail and initiative with ability to thrive in a fast paced high volume semiconductor environment.
