Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school
psychologist opportunity is available to support students in grades
K-12 within a school setting located in Elmira, NY. This contract
position involves providing psychological services that promote
student success and well-being across elementary, middle, and high
school levels. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct psychological
assessments and evaluations for students in grades K-5, 6-8, and
9-12 - Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to
develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention
strategies - Provide counseling and support services to address
social, emotional, and behavioral concerns - Participate in
multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to data-driven
decision making - Promote positive school climate and support
student mental health initiatives Qualifications: - Valid
certification or licensure as a school psychologist - Experience
working with diverse student populations across K-12 grade bands -
Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills - Knowledge
of special education laws, psychological testing, and intervention
strategies - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
