Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school psychologist position is available to support students across grades K-12 in a school setting. Located in Cortland, NY, this contract role involves working with students from elementary through high school to address their academic, social, and emotional needs. Key responsibilities include: - Conducting psychological assessments and evaluations - Collaborating with teachers and staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) - Providing counseling and intervention strategies for students - Consulting with parents and caregivers to support student development - Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to promote student success Desired qualifications: - Certification or licensure as a school psychologist - Experience working with students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12 - Strong assessment and counseling skills - Ability to work effectively within a school environment - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Location: Cortland, NY This contract position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the educational experience and well-being of students across multiple grade levels.
