All Metro Health Care, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for an RN Clinical Instructor responsible for all homecare providers' training and continuing education. You will report to the RN Clinical Supervisor.You will...?--- Collaborate with branch staff in developing orientation programs for branch associates.--- Supervise HHA Trainees for Supervised Practical Training as needed.--- Prepare and organize instructional materials and training supplies.--- Conduct classroom training for all paraprofessionals by All Metro Health Care's state-approved Training Program, policies, and procedures.--- Perform initial and annual skills testing of paraprofessionals--- Coordinate and conduct in-service programs for All Metro Health Care employees as requested, including mandatory programs.--- Provide complete orientation of skilled and paraprofessional caregivers as needed.--- Develop and implement professional nursing education programs.--- Develop training programs that target special needs, clients.--- Direct high-quality training for the development of field employees that will provide the level of service necessary for patient retention and profitability.--- Ensure that the Training Program's high standards are maintained through accurate and current teaching materials/documentation for employees to provide a level of care that drives patient satisfaction.--- Facilitate the development of a comprehensive in-service program.We are excited to speak to someone with the following---?--- Bachelor's degree as required by state regulations.--- Registered Nurse (RN)--- 2 years' experience of community health or home care experience, including direct supervision of Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides, required in NYS--- 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse required, preferably in an acute care setting.We value our team members and realize the importance of benefits for you and your family.
