Job Description Job Description Licensed Architect Licensed Architect Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and licensed Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architectural design and construction, with a focus on delivering innovative design solutions that meet client needs. This role will involve working on a variety of projects from concept through to completion, ensuring quality and compliance with all regulations. Key Responsibilities Develop and present architectural designs and plans to clients and stakeholders. Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and other design software. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success. Conduct site visits to assess project progress and adherence to design specifications. Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule and within scope. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to building and construction. Provide expert advice on design and construction best practices to clients. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. Valid state licensure as an Architect. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software. Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and construction. Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
