Job Description Job Description Construction Estimator We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive bid estimates for a variety of construction projects. This role is responsible for performing detailed quantity takeoffs, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, and utilizing takeoff and estimating software to develop complete and well-supported estimates. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in construction estimating, with a strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. A solid understanding of CSI Divisions is required, along with the ability to estimate all applicable scopes or obtain qualified subcontractor pricing when appropriate. Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from plans and specifications Develop and define clear scopes of work Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotes Apply material, labor, and equipment costs to all takeoff activities Input takeoffs into estimating software and estimate worksheets Collaborate with other estimators as part of a team-oriented office environment Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of construction estimating experience Strong knowledge of CSI Divisions and construction methods Proficiency with takeoff and estimating software Ability to analyze data and apply estimation formulas accurately Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Science, or a related field preferred Compensation: Salary range: $78,000–$100,000 , based on experience and qualifications
