Become and remain proficient in product knowledge, including but not limited to: Shades Blinds Shutters Draperies Valances & Cornices Home Automation Kits QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: The ideal candidate for this position is personable, able to adapt quickly, willing to learn, and possesses patience and improvisational skills. Friendly disposition and great attention to detail are essential for working in customers homes. REQUIREMENTS: Highschool diploma or equivalent required Ability to pass a background check Valid New York State Drivers License Skill and experience with power tools Ability to lift 50 to 75 lbs. PREFERRED: Installation / Construction Experience Customer Service Experience BENEFITS: Medical Dental Paid time off that increases with tenure 401k Paid Training $21.50-$31.35 per hour This position may be eligible for overtime pay based on business needs.
