In this role, you will be diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential plumbing systems. You’ll be making our customers’ homes safe and comfortable while maintaining our high standards for safety and quality. You'll be joining a team of experienced, highly skilled professionals—many of whom have been with the company for years and are dedicated to upholding our strong tradition of quality and craftsmanship. Summary: For over 30 years, AP Plumbing has worked diligently to meet the plumbing needs of homeowners and businesses in the Rochester and Syracuse communities. Responsibilities: Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues in residential settings Repair and replace pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and other plumbing systems Perform maintenance checks and routine inspections Accurately quote plumbing services and explain repairs to homeowners Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and safety regulations Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis. Job Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 5 years of experience working with residential plumbing Valid driver’s license / clean driving record Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds Competencies: Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills Exceptional customer service skills Technical knowledge Strong organizational skills Ability to work individually and as part of a team Customer focused Problem-solving skills What can we offer you? This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
