Job Description:
Suburban Propane, a leader in the propane and refined fuel

seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our
team. As an essential part of our technical staff, you'll play a
crucial role in ensuring the safe, timely, and effective delivery
of our energy services to a diverse clientele, encompassing
residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural sectors. This
role requires a commitment to safety protocols, attention to
detail, and a customer-oriented approach to support and enhance our
reputation for reliability and excellence. Perform installations,
maintenance, and repairs on propane and refined fuel systems and
appliances. Conduct regular system inspections and preventive
maintenance to ensure operational safety and efficiency. Respond to
emergency service calls promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction
and safety. Maintain accurate inventory and condition of tools,
equipment, and supplies. Adhere to all local, state, and federal
regulations concerning environmental safety and handling of propane
and other fuels. Provide technical support and guidance to
customers, educating them on system usage and safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve
service efficiency. Proficiency in handling, installing, and
repairing propane and fuel systems. Strong understanding of
mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to troubleshoot issues
with various energy systems and appliances. Excellent customer
service and communication skills. Capable of lifting heavy objects
and working in various weather conditions. Familiarity with
industry safety standards and environmental regulations. Medical
