Role Summary
Rapid Response Monitoring is looking for a full-time, in-house
Videographer/Photographer who is capable of bridging marketing
strategies with creative strategies using videos and photos. In
this role you will collaborate with internal teams to create,
produce, and deliver quality video and photographic content in a
timely manner.
About the Position
- In-office, full-time position in our Syracuse HQ
- Coordinate in-house photo and video events and projects
including shooting, sound design, editing, and file
management
- Edit new and existing footage and/or photos into compelling
advertisements based on seasonal and promotional campaign
needs
- Produce engaging photo and video content for all social media
channels
- Work with internal departments and marketing executives on
ideas, scripts, and creative treatments
- Collaborate with internal teams to create, produce, and deliver
video content in a timely manner
- Route content to business leaders for feedback and ensure
requested edits are incorporated
- Manage Rapid Response's video library to maintain a database of
reusable images/templates
- Help manage our video pipeline and intake process and triage
video/photo requests
- Enforce video style and branding guidelines
- Assist in troubleshooting and providing technical support for
video related inquiries
- Expected travel up to 30% (CA/NV office locations, trade shows,
dealer offices, etc)
About You
- Proven video editing, motion graphics and animated content
creation experience
- Detail-oriented and capable of producing a highly polished
final product
- Highly proficient in video production, video-related equipment,
photography, and photography related equipment
- Familiar with producing for social media channels and other
video-based digital platforms
- Capable of managing projects from start to finish, overseeing
project timelines and deadlines, and handling communications
related to video projects
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in film, communications, photography,
videography, or a related field
- 4+ years' experience in hands-on video and photo experience for
digital and social distribution
- Highly proficient in video production, video-related equipment,
photography, and photography related equipment
- Highly proficient in Adobe Premiere and After Effects with some
experience in other Adobe Creative Cloud programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Graphic design experience in Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator
& InDesign
- Project Management Experience
- Experience with motion graphics tools
COVID-19 Requirements
- Must be fully vaccinated: 2 doses of Pfizer/Moderna or 1 dose
of Johnson & Johnson, 2 weeks prior or more
