Responsible for analyzing sales trends, working closely with
seasonal transitions/limited releases to better understand supply
and demand for the purpose of managing appropriate inventory levels
across the portfolio of brands Responsible for submitting and
reviewing all purchase orders for assigned suppliers. Ability to
modify and edit orders quickly as sales projections change Build
and develop strong relationships with assigned suppliers to ensure
appropriate supply of product within speci?ed time windows
Communicate with the Warehouse Manager to prioritize incoming
shipments Analyze inventory reports to proactively manage and limit
the carrying cost of inventory and mitigate out of stock situations
Work closely with the manager, sales, warehouse and suppliers to
proactively address quality control concerns Communicate regularly
with the General Manager, Sales Manager, and Brand Managers to
ensure optimal inventory levels for sales execution Scheduling
freight for all relevant shipments, either with our internal team
or through our TMS provider Assist on special projects as needed
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree Ability to work independently
as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment Ability to think
independently and take action with limited oversight Well-developed
analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze feedback and
troubleshoot de?ciencies in order to rectify issues within short
timelines Excellent ability to manage competing demands Excellent
time management, organization and prioritization skills Excellent
written and verbal communication skills Proven computer skills
including spreadsheet design, word processing & Microsoft Outlook
Physical Demands: Ability to view and work on a computer screen for
extended periods Visual acuity for reading printed and digital
materials Ability to hear and respond to verbal communication,
including phone conversations Clear communication using speech,
both in-person and virtual Ability to remain in a seated position
for prolonged periods (ex. at a desk or workstation) Occasional
standing, walking or moving within the o?ce environment Ability to
use hands for repetitive tasks such as typing, writing or using
o?ce equipment like a mouse or telephone Occasional lifting or
carrying of items weighing up to 10 - 20 pounds (ex. O?ce supplies,
?les) Ability to concentrate, process information, and make
decisions in a typical environment Ability to manage multiple tasks
and deadlines simultaneously Compensation Range: Annual Salary:
$43,280 - $54,100 Eligibility for annual merit increases
