Job Description Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling components and equipment used in coach and recreational vehicles, ensuring quality, accuracy, and safety in every step of the process. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret assembly instructions, schematics, and technical drawings. Assemble parts, components, and subassemblies according to specifications. Inspect finished assemblies for quality, accuracy, and adherence to standards. Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Report any defects, issues, or safety hazards to supervisors. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to use hand and power tools safely. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift and move parts up to 50 lbs. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Work Environment: 1st shift and 2nd shift , Monday–Friday. Manufacturing/production setting with moderate noise and physical activity. Opportunities for growth and skill development.
