Job DescriptionRole SummaryAs a Data Entry I Representative you will fill a critical role ensuring all account data is valid and up to date. You will place new accounts on-line and proof-reading contracts for any inefficiencies. Your role will be contributing to our overall success in obtaining our mission to protect life and property. This role is located on-site in our Syracuse, NY office.Responsibilities

• Enter dealer contracts on-line.
• Take changes from Data Entry Workflow
• Make changes to accounts (entering accounts/proofing).
• Processing customer verifications for Dealers.
• Interface with dealers and customers regarding accounts.
• FDNY No Actions
• Basic understanding of Data Entry Workflow Program
• Assigned to account agency verifications
• Other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Accepted equivalent military experienceCOVID-19 Requirements
    • Must be fully vaccinated: 2 doses of Pfizer/Moderna or 1 dose of Johnson & Johnson, 2 weeks prior or more
