Supported by teams of experts in their respective fields, our 600+ highly trained specialists are the 24/7 backbone for thousands of alarm companies across the country.Corporate Receptionist Role SummaryRapid Response Monitoring is seeking a friendly and welcoming Corporate Receptionist to join our team and serve as the initial face of the Rapid brand to our guests. This role is critical to the smooth daily operation of our Syracuse headquarters.Responsibilities+ Greet all employees, visitors, interviewees, new hires, and customers with the utmost professionalism.+ Inform employees of visitors- arrival, ensure visitors are comfortable, and make certain they understand where they need to go.+ Receive inbound calls and route to appropriate departments in a timely and proficient manner.+ Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area and maintain traffic flow into and out of the building.+ Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages to the office, informing staff of deliveries, tracking packages from when they are received in office until the designated person receives them.+ Work closely with corporate security to safeguard our facility, our employees, and our customers- data. + Collaborate regularly on projects and tasks to support Sales and Talent Acquisition teams.Basic Qualifications+ High School Diploma.+ 2+ years of customer service/administrative experience.+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Preferred Qualifications+ Two (2) year Associates Degree, or two (2) years of completed college while currently enrolled.+ In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms with the ability to adequately operate a computer/word processing equipment and all other general office equipment.Additional InformationRapid Response prides itself in being a drug-free workplace.
