Job Description:

Premier Information Technology company is seeking an Office Administrator to coordinate office operations and logistics while providing administrative support for management. Other responsibilities include the following: Responsibilities: Managed complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative Create performance metrics and monitoring processes Analyze this data to create reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned Manage office supply and project inventory Preparing for and supporting corporate events Social media management and basic marketing Job Requirements:Requirements: 2 or more years of experience including analytical functions Proficient using Microsoft Windows Operating Systems Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Understand fundamental auditing processes Excellent organizational and leadership skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Familiar with macOS, Microsoft/Office 365 (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Web Apps) HR Experience / Understanding a plus Inventory management experience a plus Familiar with posting to social media networks such as LinkedIn a plus
