Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities /n
Financial Management & Reporting /n /n - Oversee all daily
accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts
receivable, payroll, general ledger, and bank reconciliations /n -
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial
statements in accordance with GAAP and company standards /n -
Ensure timely and accurate submission of divisional financial
results to Corporate Finance /n - Review monthly balance sheet
reconciliations, including intercompany accounts, and ensure proper
documentation /n - Manage alcohol excise tax filings, sales tax,
and other regulatory financial requirements /n - Support year-end
financial audits and provide requested schedules and documentation
/n - Develop financial dashboards, KPIs, and variance analyses to
inform business decisions /n /n Budgeting & Forecasting /n /n -
Lead the division’s annual budgeting process in coordination with
the Division General Manager and Corporate Finance /n - Prepare
rolling forecasts and monitor financial performance versus budget
and prior year /n - Provide insights into business performance
through variance analysis and financial modeling /n /n Internal
Controls & Compliance /n /n - Ensure adherence to corporate
accounting policies, procedures, and internal control requirements
/n - Maintain proper segregation of duties and internal audit
readiness /n - Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local
financial regulations /n - Support the implementation and
enforcement of corporate financial initiatives and process
standards /n /n Process Improvement & Systems /n /n - Identify and
implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy,
and scalability /n - Partner with Corporate Finance and IT to
enhance accounting systems and reporting tools (VIP, Nexus, Quebit,
or other ERP systems) /n - Streamline workflows and documentation
to support consistency across divisions /n /n Leadership &
Collaboration /n /n - Supervise and develop accounting team
members, providing coaching and performance feedback /n - Foster a
culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement /n
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, HR, and
Corporate Finance to resolve accounting-related issues /n - Act as
the division’s liaison for Corporate Finance inquiries and
initiatives /n - Other duties as assigned /n /n Qualifications &
Requirements /n /n - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or
related field required; CPA preferred /n - 5 years of progressive
accounting experience; previous supervisory experience strongly
preferred /n - Deep understanding of GAAP, financial statements,
and internal control frameworks /n - Strong analytical,
organizational, and problem-solving skills /n - Advanced
proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems (VIP,
Nexus, Quebit, or similar) /n - Experience in beverage distribution
or manufacturing preferred /n - Excellent written and verbal
communication skills /n - Ability to manage multiple priorities and
deadlines in a fast-paced environment /n /n Core Competencies /n /n

position is primarily a desk-based role requiring prolonged periods
of sitting and computer use /n - Regular use of standard office
equipment including computer, phone, keyboard, and related
technology /n - Ability to lift, move, or carry items weighing up
to 10 lbs as needed for office or event setup /n - Occasional
standing, bending, or reaching may be required /n - Work is
typically performed in a professional office environment with
