Placement Technician. This role is integral to our mission of
delivering personalized insurance solutions to our business
clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of
commercial insurance products and the industry landscape,
facilitating the placement of these services to meet
client-specific needs. Analyze client requirements and existing
policies to determine necessary coverage Negotiate with
underwriters to find the most suitable insurance solutions for
clients Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure
seamless policy implementation Maintain detailed records of client
interactions and coverage placements Stay updated with changes in
the insurance market and related regulations Assist in developing
risk management strategies tailored to client needs Provide support
in claims handling and resolution processes Strong knowledge of
commercial insurance products, including property, casualty,
liability, and workers' compensation Ability to effectively
negotiate terms with underwriters and insurance carriers Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using
insurance-related software and applications Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC)
Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) certification is a
plus
