This involves GAAP compliance, ESOP accounting, accounting operations, and reporting. Day to Day Responsibilities: Accounting Operations: General Ledger, AP, AR, Payroll, Fixed Assets Monthly/Quarterly/Annual close & reports Develop and maintain procedures, policies, and internal controls Compliance documentation and reporting Budgeting & Forecasting responsibility Cash management / cash flow Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) accounting and administration Audit coordination and management Department hiring, training, management, and coaching Relay complex financial data and information to stakeholders at all levels Work with executive leadership on making business decisions with sound financial backing Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree 8 years accounting experience 3 years accounting leadership experience ESOP accounting US GAAP knowledge Financial reporting ERP proficiency Preferred Qualifications: Wholesale / Distribution experience CPA Interested in hearing more?
