Sapphire Recruitment is hiring a Senior Accountant on behalf of a global manufacturing company known for its innovative technologies across automotive, medical, construction, and packaging industries. Key Responsibilities:

Lead month-end close and ensure timely, GAAP-compliant reporting


Prepare complex journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger records


Support audits with reconciliations, reporting, and documentation


Analyze capital expenditures and calculate ROI


Create KPIs and financial reports for leadership


Contribute to continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls


Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and EHS&S standards



Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field


CPA preferred


3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a senior role


Manufacturing industry experience highly preferred


Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting systems (Epicor and OneStream a plus)


Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
