    Duties Include: - Backup phones and cashier - - Post all vehicle deals daily - - Report all new vehicle and certified used vehicle deliveries on Dealerworld and apply for any rebates daily - Record Extend Warranties and aftermarket items sold on remittance sheet and remit monthly - - Figure and record sales commissions - Write closeout checks when deals are posted - Post payable invoices daily - - Post warranity credit run - - Schedules - Reconcile Rebate and Sublet schedules weekly - - Other duties may be assigned
