of the Job:
- Support Monthly Closing & Site Reporting, Business Partnering,
Preparation & Monitoring of Budget & Projection execution and
submission
- Works in close cooperation and the overall supervision of Site
ControllerKey Responsibilities and Major Duties:Act as a Business
Partner:
- Be the main contact for Operational Expenses for specific
department cost center
- Provide insights to support analysis enhancement.
- Maintain a high standard of internal controls that complies
with the Sarbanes and Oxley ACT, Corporate policies and site
procedures.
- Actively seek for simplification/automation opportunities and
readily embrace changes, which will provide increased productivity
or higher levels of service.Act as a Function Expert:
- Support monthly closing process (journal entries,
reconciliations and local reports)
- Well organized with an ability to handle multiple projects and
responsibilities simultaneously.
- Able to perform variance analysis for cost, inventory,
spending, GRIR and PPV.
- Monitor spending execution versus Budget and Projection:
highlight risks & trends, monitor spend evolution with the relevant
stakeholders, keep relevant parties knowledgeable and
accountable
- Support Budget and Projection process (preparation of reports
to be shared with site)
- Support departmental needs in ad-hoc requestsQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, required.
- Two to five years of professional experience in general or cost
accounting, required.
- Demonstrated ability to work in complex, changing
environment.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels
within an organization through written correspondence, one-to-one
dialogues, team meetings, formal presentations and influencing
decision-making of local management;
- Demonstrate ability to recognize patterns, trends or missing
pieces when analyzing data and take the appropriate actions.
- Excellent Working knowledge with Excel, PowerPoint. Working
knowledge in SAP will be preferred.Around the world, we are
