Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limted
to:
Compiling, reconciling, and analyzing data for the Group Pensions
operation.
Processes cash flow in/out of the Group Pension client
contracts.
Provides support to our clients for all plan level requests, such
as audits and explanation of various reports.
Interacts on a regular basis with Operational Accounting, Treasury
and Alliance Bernstein.
Manages client escalations.
Provides quality review/oversite of reconciliation processes.
Manages a series of jobs that produce the Fund and Expense data for
our contracts.
Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective
self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent
objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective
judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication
concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit,
receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs
through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Document Management: Knowledge of document management; ability to
categorize, integrate, update, document and distribute business
information in a secure, effective way.
Knowledge of Organization: Knowledge of the organization's vision,
structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, values, and
code of ethics; ability to understand the value of aligning
capabilities with business goals to support optimal
performance.

Other Qualifications:
College graduate or equivalent experience in customer service,
preferably with a knowledge of pensions.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
General accounting and math skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.
Ability to maintain a positive, problem-solving approach and spirit
of cooperation in a team environment.
Analytical skills, combined with strong business writing
ability.
