About The Team

The Strategy & Operations team is responsible for strategic development and growth at DoorDash. Together, we're building the world's most efficient and reliable same-day logistics platform to fulfill our vision of empowering all local businesses. Strategy & Operations Associates work to define the value of new initiatives, and run experiments to drive the future of Consumer, Dasher, and Merchant experiences on the DoorDash platform. You will dive into data to explain delivery quality performance at the lowest level of detail, devise high-impact strategies, work side-by-side with external teams and manage a team of specialists to make those a reality.

• Analyze - Build models to evaluate the costs and benefits of various Dasher initiatives and experiments.
• Strategize - From first principles, you'll develop the optimal strategy for best serving our customers.

  • You exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.
  • You possess advanced Excel skills (can perform complex functions)
  • You have high-growth or early-stage startup experience is a plus
  • You have project management experience
  • You have familiarity with SQL
