Job Description:

Manage all phases of mid -sized to large projects, with technical assistance from engineering, including pre-ordering sales support, (budget/quotation phase), contract review of orders, applying knowledge of the Pall product global catalogue portfolio, across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation and Industrial Manufacturing markets; Lead projects independently with minimal guidance; Listen, understand, translate and document internal and external customers requirements; Apply visual Project Management and daily management; Identify and recommend PSP and kaizen when required; Ensure the scope of the project is maintained; Ensure clear communication and the ability to report project progress to leadership teams; Maintain a technical understanding of the job done by the team members in their area of expertise (mechanical, chemical, electrical; automation etc.); Apply Pall technology to customer processes, including material compatibility, sizing of pressure vessels, and preparation of data sheets based on customer specifications; Ensure delivery of the project, on time, on budget and to the quality standards expected by our customers, Evaluate planning and technical risk, take decisions and ensure countermeasures are in place to enable the execution of the project milestones on time. Reviewing and checking Pall specific vessel internals design to ensure correct configuration and technology fit/install before commissioning; Write procedures, documentation and reports related to the tasks performed by him/her and the team; Review project drawings and fabrication procedures in accordance with customer specifications; Accountable for recording vendor non-conformances concerning fabrication techniques and final product quality. Ensure all required industrial codes such as ASME, NACE, PED are applied concerning non-destructive examination procedures such as radiography, ultrasonic, liquid dye penetrant, magnetic particle testing and hydrotesting. Support Sales Team in pre-sales activities. Formally initiates projects and evaluate project tasks workload for all team members. Plan and manage projects communications and reporting with the customers, project team, management and all involved stakeholders; Monitors key fabrication milestones against fabrication schedules, and communicate effectively with selected vendors; Drive PSP to arrive at root causes and build action plans for improvements.

Education and Experience Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus five (5) years of experience in engineering role within petrochemical, filtration and separation industry, including two (2) years in project management of mechanical equipment fabrication.

Skills Set Requirement:

Experience must include working with customers petrochemical fluid processes for filtration and separation application; Managing capital equipment projects for filtration and separation applications; Utilizing software packages such as Microsoft Office, SAP, and MS Project for project plans; Preparing supplier bid packages, including specifications, data sheets, and drawings; Calculating fluid properties to allow for precise equipment selection in accordance with physical process conditions; and Reviewing engineering designs for correctness and content for customer submittal and approval. Position requires 25% domestic and international travel.
